Annotative Catalogue

Films
Item 1 - Alice In Wonderland (2010: Tim Burton). I feel that this is a very useful film, as it looks deeper into the Mad Hatters character who Depp plays. Although the film is mainly centered around the title character Alice, Depp's character seems to be the main character, credited above the rest of the cast.
Item 2 - Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End (2007: Gore Verbinski) I think that as this i the third pirates of the Caribbean film, that you get to see how Johnny Depp has developed his character from the previous two movies.
Item 3 - Sweeney Todd: Demon Barber Of Fleet Street (2007: Tim Burton) As this film is a musical, it is not the typical role you would expect Depp to play, but during this film we see his character is the villain and how tortured a person his character is.

Item 4: Alice In Wonderland; http://screencrave.com/2010-03-05/interview-johnny-depp-for-alice-in-wonderland/ - I feel like this relates to my research because in it Johnny Depp talks about his character the Mad Hatter in detail, and how he looked into the characters background. He also mentions a bit about his other eccentric characters, and how he manages to get into that role and the mindset of the characters.

Item 7: Pirates of the Caribbean; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrbXy8LNO8Q&feature=related - I feel that this is a useful thing for my research, as it shows the cast and creators talking about the character of Jack Sparrow and how Depp made the character his own.
Item 8: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ckWDuWoSUi8 - This clip is useful in my research as Depp talks about how he "morphs" into his different characters. (His character are different and unique all the time - constantly challenges himself and carry your own responsibility)
